BiELAt Foundation organizes together with Wirtschaftsförderung Mönchengladbach (WFMG) the meeting Boundless Connect. This will take place in Mönchengladbach on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm. Location: Palace St. George.

Purpose of the meeting is to get acquainted with German companies and German companies to get acquainted with the strength of the border region of Eindhoven, Leuven, Aachen. We also provide an introduction to the Future Sketch tool that combines the power of networks, open innovation and ELAt region.

Commissioner Neelie Kroes visited the Brainport region on Monday, March 26 regions including Andromeda, Philips, Automotive and High Tech Campus Eindhoven NL. Her findings are from the Foundation BiELAt heartfelt.

“There is innovation and IT in abundance here, but how do you use it wisely? That is the main point. The patient should not get the feeling he or she is living in an electronics store. Eindhoven is engaged in a unique way. But let us agree that it will not remain unique, because that would mean that Europe does not benefit. We have to think beyond borders."

“I was already inspired by the Campus, but what particularly struck me today is the sheer motivation of the people. They are driven by involvement and know very well how to use their potential. And more importantly: technological development does not come first, but the people do. Because eventually it is the people that will be using the technology. There are no limits or borders to what happens here, and we should - and I will - more often show-off our achievements."

On November 17 BiELAt Foundation presented her experience with Future Sketching at the Creativity World Forum of Flanders DC in Hasselt. In a seven-minute presentation Johan Lavrysen showed the strength of the region and the Future Sketch to the public.
