Aansluitend op het Future Sketch event van 8 november in C-Mine in Genk wordt een Ecosystem Dating & Refining programme georganiseerd op dinsdag 22 november (12.00-18.00 uur) bij Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. Onder leiding van Walter Van Dyck, Associate Professor Innovation Management en bootcamp expert worden tijdens deze sessie door de deelnemende bedrijven + potentiele ecosystem partners de schetsen van 8 november verfijnd tot een business opportunity presentation. Deze presentaties worden vervolgens gehouden voor een jury die bestaat uit zowel directie van de case-owners als vertegenwoordigers van de betrokken ELAt netwerkorganisaties. De ambitie is om aan het einde van de middag tot een pre-bootcamp fase te komen.

Prof Dr Walter Van Dyck is Associate Professor of Innovation Management and Partner at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School, where he serves as the Director of the school’s interdisciplinary Innovation Management Research Platform. Prior to joining academia, he was a senior strategy consultant with IBM Business Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the fields of R&D and innovation management. He has a broad experience in life sciences and high-tech industries and has a special expertise in running intrapreneurial boot camps, corporate venturing and the strategic management of technology and innovation in multinational companies. Over the last four years he coached over 120 ideas in boot camp settings at Alcatel-Lucent, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Cronos, Picanol, Exmar Shipping, OCAS Ventures (Arcelor-Mittal and Flemish Government), and Merck-Serono (D).
